An ambitious plan to integrate two large data sets into on centralized IT platform presents a variety of obstacles and risks.

The Actic project involved IT consolidation of the Swedish and Norwegian region into one centralized IT platform. During the assignment, Exerp managed two comprehensive data conversions, education and chain-wide delivery of club computers and peripherals, such as sign pads to enable paperless enrolment. The project was delivered according to an ambitious plan and to the satisfaction of our client.
